Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped within 2-5 days of purchase via USPS. A notification email will be sent with tracking when the order has shipped. Once an item has been shipped, Shop Silver is not responsible for packages lost or damage in transit. 

Domestic packages are sent Flat Rate Priority mail and typically arrive 1-3 days of shipment.

International packages are sent First Class mail and typically arrive 7-10 days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days for international packages, please contact your local postal office if you are concerned about the whereabouts of the package. Shop Silver is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs added upon delivery. If a customer does not claim and pay the custom fee upon delivery, the package will be abandoned in customs. We will not be responsible for returning the items or refunding. In the event that your package is returned to us, we may contact you and arrange reshipment for a fee.

Shop Silver is not able to accept returns at this time. We hope that as our company grows, we will be able to offer an exchange and returns system.
